POSITION INFO:

Serve as the second line of defence, diving deep into system mysteries to uncover the true cause of disruptions and deliver swift, lasting resolutions
Weekend standby when needed
Methodically examine every corner of the software, tracking down glitches, flaws, and anomalies with precision to ensure the system remains unbreakable
Revisit past battlegrounds with a keen eye—conduct regression testing to ensure old foes don’t return and that new enhancements don’t unleash unintended chaos in the systems

Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a quality assurance role
Support role experience
SQL experience for database testing and validation
ISTQB certification
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
