Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in a quality assurance role
Background in second-line support (advantageous)
Proficient in SQL (essential)
Strong documentation and defect reporting ability
Experience with regression testing, test plan execution
Comfortable in SDLC environments with various testing methodologies
Highly analytical with strong communication skills

Qualification:
ISTQB Certification (essential)
