Qualified Diesel Mechanic Red Seal

Appointment: Permanent, full-time position
Salary: Negotiable plus commission
Benefits: Package is negotiable and market related salary with very attractive commission structure, Pension Fund, Medical Aid, Funeral and Life cover, 13th cheque bonus – based on performance.

A well established, large Multi Franchise Dealership is looking for an experienced Qualified Diesel Mechanic with a Red Seal for their commercial trucks division.

National Senior Certificate
Qualified Diesel mechanic with Red Seal certificate
2 – 3 Years of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic with preference given to candidates in senior roles
Prior experience in a dealership environment
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency in fault finding, diagnosing, repairing and basic auto electric work
Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
Expertise in commercial vehicle engine maintenance, repair and servicing
Ability to use diagnostic tools and software effectively
Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
