JOB SUMMARY:
My client, an established manufacturing plant with a key focus in the mining industry, seeks to employ an experienced Quality Assurance Manager.

This role entails being responsible for the entire quality control and quality assurance function for the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring adherence of SOPs and drawings through training and audits for manufacturing
Maintaining and improving ISO & TQM practices
Driving quality assurance culture across manufacturing
Ensure all customer complaints, internal non-conformance and rejections are investigated thoroughly and closed
Compile management information report on monthly/quarterly basis

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Quality Management/ Mechanical Engineering
5 to 6 years of relevant working experience
Knowledge of 5s/7QC tools/Kaizen
IT skills; SAP/MS Office
