  POSITION INFO:
  The Role:

  We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer for a 3 to 6-month fixed term contract for our client in Durban in KwaZulu Natal.

   

  We require the following work experience in:

  • Minimum of 5 years` experience with a recognized Quality Management System and a thorough understanding of project management methodology is also essential.
  • 5 Years` sound experience in areas of Quality Assurance.
  • 4 Years` experience in the petrochemical industry.

   

  Minimum educational level:            

  • Total Quality Management Diploma.
  • ISO 9001:2008 qualification with a reputable institution is essential.
  • Extensive working knowledge of ISO 19011:2002 and ISO 10013: 2001 specifications.

   

  Skills and Experience:

  Duties and Responsibilities:        

  • Schedule and conduct Internal Quality Audits for all TKPDNA divisions.
  • Conduct Supplier assessments.
  • Travel to sites to conduct Internal Audits on the projects.
  • Travel to site to attend quality meetings as required.
  • Maintain Corrective / Preventive Action Registers.
  • Maintain Findings Matrix.
  • Conduct data analysis on Quality related matters.
  • Perform tasks necessary for the improvement of the organizationâ??s Quality Management System.
  • Assist the SHEQ Manager in his tasks were required.
  • Embrace and support Black Economic Empowerment initiatives of the company.
