The President launched the initiative in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labor department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

Position: Quality Assurance Specialist (Data & Sales)

Stipend: R5500

Location: Gauteng (Ferndale)

POSITION INFO:
About the role We're hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to own quality standards, checks, and continuous improvement across B2B data operations and outbound sales campaigns for tech and software clients. You'll partner closely with Data & Campaign Specialists and sales team members. Responsibilities: Quality across data: Define and uphold quality standards for B2B lead research; review lead data in spreadsheets and CRMs; drive root-cause fixes for data issues; support pre-launch quality gates. Quality across sales: Set and monitor quality standards for outbound campaigns; review outreach samples for professionalism and compliance; ensure accurate pipeline tracking; partner with sales to improve conversion quality. Operating rhythm: Run regular QA reviews and audits; document playbooks and checklists; report quality trends and risks to the team. Minimum Requirements South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the YES programme before. Matric. Strong business acumen and organizational skills. Meticulous and detail-obsessed accuracy. Excellent English communication (written and verbal). People-focused, tech-savvy, and proactive. Comfortable with structured review work, checklists, and audits. Initiative-driven multitasker with a sense of humor.
