Seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Manager for a FMCG company based in Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
My client is a fresh products producer and has an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Technical Manager now available. You will ensure compliance to FSCC 2000 standards and be responsible for the quality of products produced by the organisation.

Education:

Tertiary qualification in Microbiology

Job Experience & Skills Required:

10+ years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Manager within a food processing plant
Running a quality department
Responsible for food safety, quality and health and safety procedures
An excellent understanding of FSCC200 is required to be successful in this role
