Quality Assurance Manager - Dry ingredients- bakery based in JHB.

Bakery Ingredients manufacturing company is currently in search of a qualified and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor with Bakery products experience.

The requirements include:
· Degree or Diploma in Food Technology,
· At least 5 years experience in Quality Assurance role in the Bakery Ingredients industry.
· Able to implement quality standards & ISO Standards:22000 and FSSC 22000
· Dealing with auditors and certification
· Laboratory experience and plant experience
