  The Role:

  Minimum educational level:

  • Diploma Quality Management
  • Implementation ISO 9001
  • Internal Auditor ISO 9001
  • Facilitator

   

   

  We require the following 6 yearsâ?? work experience with the following:

  • Administrating a Document Management System (DMS) ensuring Human Resources documentation format complies with Group and that revised Guidelines, and Policies are loaded onto DMS
  • Support administration of ISO 9001 initiatives ensuring compliance as prescribed
  • Facilitator
  • Corporate Governance (Advantage)
  • King V (Advantage)
  • SAP
  • Microsoft Office
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, Implementation ISO 9001 and Internal Auditor ISO 9001
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in quality control
  • Extensive knowledge of document control and Quality Management System development
  • Auditing
  • Facilitating

   

   

  Skills and Experience:

  Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrate Document Management System (DMS) ensuring Human Resources documentation format complies with Group and that revised Guidelines, Policies are loaded onto DMS
  • Support administration of ISO 9001 initiatives ensuring compliance as prescribed
  • Support training and development initiatives including the development of training material emphasizing the implementation of a QMS for Human Resources
  • Attend document/process review meetings as an active participant in support of quality control
  • Facilitate the revision of Key Processes and implementation of Risk-Based thinking
  • Schedule and perform Quality performance audits at the respective departments within Human Resources as required
  • Support the Safety Department with the administration of Chemical Handling Instructions
