QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR – TEXTILE INDUSTRY

My client based in Mobeni is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance / Quality Control Supervisor with strong experience in the textile industry to oversee quality standards within a fast-paced production environment.

POSITION INFO:
To ensure consistent product quality by supervising inspections, monitoring production processes, and maintaining strict compliance with quality standards across all stages of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise inline and final inspections on the production floor
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, inspection records, and audit reports
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Ensure product consistency across all production stages
• Support adherence to internal and customer quality requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in QA/QC within the textile industry
• Strong fabric and textile product knowledge
• Excellent understanding of colours, shades, and defect identification
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
• Experience in maintaining quality records and reports
