POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through the development and implementation of quality assurance processes. Your duties will include performing quality control tests, identifying defects, and working with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of quality management principles and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance processes
Perform quality control tests to identify defects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues
Analyze data to improve product quality

Test strategy and automation across APIs and microservices
CI/CD test integration (unit, integration, regression)
Functional and non-functional testing (performance, reliability)
Quality gate enforcement and test coverage tracking
Defect management and root cause analysis
Continuous quality monitoring aligned to

Deliverables:

Test strategy and automation framework
CI/CD integrated test suites
Quality gates and acceptance criteria (DoR and DoD)
Quality and test coverage dashboards
Defect and performance reports
