SUMMARY:

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Manager to join our dynamic team in the West Rand area. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, strong knowledge of ISO certifications, and a proven track record of implementing quality assurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
Train and mentor staff on quality standards and procedures.
Manage customer complaints and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry.
Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant ISO certifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
