Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Manage customer complaints and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant ISO certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
