We are searching for an exceptional Quality Control / Assurance Manager who does more than manage an existing Quality Management System. We want someone who can design systems, build them, implement them, and challenge them.

This is an opportunity for a Quality professional who sees beyond compliance and audits â someone who understands how Quality should be embedded into the entire manufacturing operation to improve performance, reduce risk, strengthen processes, and drive operational excellence.
This is not a maintenance role.

We are looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Quality leader who can assess what exists, identify what is missing, redesign what is not working, and implement practical, sustainable systems that deliver measurable results.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management \/ Risk Management \/ Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 3 years' Management experience. Strong knowledge ISO 9001, ISO 17025, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plans, and auditing principles. Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and quality reporting tools. Valid driver's licence.
