JOB DESCRIPTION:

The right candidate will lead a team of up to 6 Quality Team Managers and up to 50 quality, compliance, and insight agents
Be responsible for the 3 main KPIs of the function – accuracy, productivity, and attendance
Manage relationships with clients and operations through regular WBRs, QBRs, and MBRs
Must be self-motivated and have the temperament to deliver high standards in a fast-paced and demanding environment
This is an extremely hands-on role in an exciting fast-growing business
Quality management experience is preferred
