POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Doing (Spoiler: It’s Not Just Crunching Numbers)

Build and deploy predictive models and intelligent algorithms that shape business strategy.
Use powerful tools (Python, R, SQL) to transform messy data into clean insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams to solve pricing, risk, and customer behaviour puzzles.
Apply regression, time-series, machine learning — and your brain — to find answers.
Build scorecards, forecast trends, fine-tune strategies… and make people say “Why didn’t we think of that sooner?”

You’ll Need to Bring:

A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science or a similar field.
2–4 years of hands-on modelling or quantitative analytics experience.
Solid skills in Python, R, SQL — and maybe even a few data viz tricks up your sleeve (Power BI, Tableau).
Fluency in stats and machine learning concepts — and the ability to translate them into human.
Business savvy that helps you connect numbers to real-world outcomes.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in credit risk, financial modelling, or collections.
Worked in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
Played around with optimisation and simulation models for fun (or profit).
