POSITION INFO:

An organisation that goes beyond the traditional expectations of the financial services industry and one that strives to deliver solutions with exceptional personalised service is looking for a Quantitative Risk Graduate to join their Group Risk Division.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Assisting in the development and running of the risk models for group risk
Assisting in the development of risk principles, processes that relates to the assessment of risk measurement models and maintaining knowledge on the models and the use of the models
Assess the efficacy, accuracy, and appropriateness of risk models utilised
Evaluate and mitigate model risk applicable to all quantitative models across the organisation
Data mining, scrubbing, cleaning, mapping, and analysis
Compilation of model build and business requirement documentation

Skills/Personal Attributes:

BSc Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or BCom Risk Management
Interested in working within the Group Risk division
Good with data analytics, data modelling and quants
Must be an excellent English communicator both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills, especially MS Excel
