SUMMARY:
Recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor position based in Rustenburg. This is an initial 12-month contract with the strong possibility of extension for a further 3–5 years

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs
• Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
• Advising on procurement strategy
• Managing project finances and ensuring financial records are up to date

Qualifications:

• Higher Certificate or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good negotiation and communication abilities
