POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

• Play a key role in HVAC tendering and bidding, supporting the securing of new and repeat business
• Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractors to achieve commercial targets, agreed rates, and best value
• Take responsibility for measurements, take-offs, and accurate costings to support project profitability
• Review and interpret contracts and specifications to ensure commercial compliance and smooth project delivery

• Minimum 1–5 years’ experience within the HVAC sector
• Professional registration is not required
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle are essential
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Highly detail-oriented and professional
• Confident in reading, interpreting, and working with technical drawings

• Undergraduate degree required in BSC or BTech Quantity Surveying
• HVAC knowledge is advantageous and to be given preference
