Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years B.Sc (QS) full time qualification or 5 years' B.Sc (QS) part time qualification
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
Professional attitude and appearance
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Duties will include:
Prepare cost analysis on projects
Prepare tender documents and contract documents, including bill of quantities and sub-contract appointments
Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations
Carry out monthly valuations of the work in progress
Certification of subcontractors monthly valuations and final accounts
Contractual administration and management
Assist the Contract Manager and or the Managing Director with a range of other duties as may be required
