Our client, an established organization in the construction industry, is seeking a talented Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to contribute to their ongoing projects and growth. Duties: Tender for new projects Manage the quantity surveying responsibilities for 5-6 projects Interface with site foremen to assess site progress Process project claims and certificates monthly Handle sub-contractor claims and certificates monthly Provide monthly project cost reports to management Requirements: Quantity Surveying degree 3-5 years’ experience in construction quantity surveying Proficient in Candy (CCS) and BuildSmart Benefits: Travel Allowance If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks, we regret that you have been unsuccessful.
