POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 Years experience as Admitted Attorney
• Experience dealing with Road Accident Fund matters
• Handle RAF claims independently
• Draft pleadings, notices, affidavits, and settlement proposals
• Attend court appearances and trials
• Conduct consultations with clients, experts, and counsel
• Liaise with the Road Accident Fund and other stakeholders
• Manage litigation timelines and court deadlines
• Prepare trial bundles and briefs to counsel
