Our client is a food manufacturer.

Job Description

Reporting to the Factory Manager, You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance department. This includes management of plant maintenance teams, plant maintenance costs, preventative maintenance systems and project engineering. You will also take on the role as GMR2 for the site.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Skills

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in equipment automation (non-negotiable)
Working knowledge of industrial refrigeration (ammonia) is preferred.
Relevant supervisory management experience
Experience in Lean Manufacturing will be highly advantageous
Strong business knowledge and ability to work with various departments within the organization.
Capex project management experience
Project management skills/disciplines
