Our client is a mechanical components manufacturer.

Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the Mechanical Design, R&D, Project Engineering, and Drawing Office functions.

Lead mechanical design and documentation for assemblies and components
Oversee R&D initiatives, including prototyping, testing, and innovation
Manage the Drawing Office, including CAD/PDM systems, drawing standards, BOMs, and ERP integration
Drive cross-functional project engineering and ISO‑aligned processes
Mentor and lead technical teams across multiple engineering functions

Qualifications

BSc/BEng/BTech Mechanical Engineering

Skills

A minimum of 8 years experience in mechanical design in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a management role
Extensive experience in mechanical product development, CAD/PDM systems, ERP integration, and ISO 9001 design documentation compliance
CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred), PDM (Vault), and ERP system experience
