As a Delphi Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of multi-tier trading systems. You will collaborate with talented professionals, engage directly with clients, and contribute to dynamic projects that challenge your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance multi-tier trading systems using Delphi.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Prepare business, functional, and technical documentation.
• Conduct system testing and managing software maintenance and upgrades.
• Participate in integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of applications.

• Education: Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial Delphi development
  • Experience gained from Stock Trading / Exchange
  • 5+ years’ overall software development experience.
  • Financial background advantageous.

• Technical Skills:
  • Delphi (core skill)
  • C# and C++ exposure
  • Strong understanding of 3-tier architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
  • Complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Solid grasp of Windows systems, networking basics, and troubleshooting.

• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and “take-charge” attitude.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing ability.
