Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager / Director and being a member of the ZA Management team, You will be responsible for the entire order-fulfilment cycle to ensure that the company is the preferred partner in their industry segment and ensuring best-in-class customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the Customer Service team, both local & exports, and direct, coordinate, and optimize the full order cycle.
• Additionally, this role is responsible for planning and managing logistics, warehousing, transportation to optimize the national distribution of goods.
• Liaise and negotiate with logistics and warehousing service providers.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, and transportation

Skills

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Minimum 2 years'' supervisory experience and ability to lead and manage team successfully
