SUMMARY:
Are you ready to be part of something that's pioneering? We're building a next-generation Energy Management System and are looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer to join our growing R&D team.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

Contribute to the development of innovative, industry-leading energy solutions.
Tackle open-ended technical challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to push boundaries in energy management.
Learn fast, adapt quickly, and grow into a key contributor within the team.
(Bonus) Represent technical work in client-facing discussions when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

â A Degree in Electrical Engineering
â 5+ years industry experience, ideally in renewable energy or energy systems
â Practical knowledge and a "get-it-done" approach
â Strong problem-solving abilities and an appetite for learning
â Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
â A growth mindset and resilient attitude—We’re solving things that haven’t been solved before
â (Nice to have) Leadership potential or client-facing experience
