SUMMARY:
Join an FMCG team as an R&D Process Manager in the Western Cape!

As an R&D Process Manager, you'll help turn research ideas into practical processes that improve how the company’s products are made. You'll lead trials, analyse data, and work directly with factory teams to boost efficiency and product quality. You’ll also manage the pilot plant, solve production problems, and support communication between R&D and other departments.

To meet the minimum requirements, you’ll need a Master’s Degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Biotechnology (or equivalent experience), plus 2–5 years of experience in a similar R&D or Process Manager role. Strong knowledge of food processing, good communication skills, and a hands-on, problem-solving attitude are essential. You should be able to manage tasks independently, lead small teams, and be willing to travel.
