Do you have excellent experience being the front face of a company coordinating front desk activities, answering switchboard, and completing administration support tasks using your confident professional customer service experience?
 
Excellent opportunity to join our Clients business in the Northern Suburbs.  Must have own transport.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, own transport and drivers license
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to communicate well in English and Afrikaans
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills and a customer service attitude
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Confident and trustworthy personality


DUTIES
  • Attending to visitors professionally, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintain telecommunications system.
  • Inform visitors by answering or referring enquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Keep a safe and clean reception area complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Multitasking with all duties effectively
  • Office support administration for various departments

Salary: R10 – R15000 dependent on experience, including benefits
