RECEPTIONIST / EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment urgently seeking an experienced RECEPTIONIST / EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR for a large national concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant qualification/s.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Wealthcraft, Retirement Cash Flow Forecaster, Asset Allocation programme advantageous!

3+ yrs working experience in a similar position.

Answering the switchboard, transferring calls, and taking messages.

General typing.

Assisting with administration relating to employee benefit schemes.

Service and maintain existing clients and their records on the system required by FAIS.

Record keeping.

To assist where necessary when required with administration duties in the office.
