SUMMARY:
The Regional Manager will manage and be responsible for his/her territory against the new business acquisition targets as well as overall retention of the client base.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities include:

Sourcing and retaining solid talent, managing, and leading the sales and service team members, while managing their regions head count, and performance of head count to regional targets.
Sales and marketing
Customer retention
Liaise with the executive team, marketing team, product heads and all office administrators on a regular basis, depending on the task requirement at hand.
Team management
Cost control
Administration

Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary qualification (degree or diploma in Sales or Business- related subjects)
At least four years’ experience in a management role
At least four years’ sales experience
Experience with sales of products to retail and commerce
