POSITION INFO:

Overall Purpose of the Job
The Regional Manager: Transport Bulk is responsible for overseeing all transport-related processes, people, and operations, ensuring cost control, operational efficiency, and seamless service delivery. This role is required to ensure that all equipment and assets are tracked and managed in accordance with the management information system template and process.

Education (Formal Qualification Required)
Grade 12
Transport Industry related Tertiary qualification.
Advantageous NQF Level 7 – Degree / National Diploma in Transport Management / Logistics / Supply Chain Management
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans, verbal and writing.

Experience
Experience in bulk ore transport and handling - Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing transport operations at manager level.
Transportation Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain expertise.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advantageous - Application with proven side tipper bulk transport experience will be considered
