SUMMARY:
A company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to support and manage dealer and branch operations, drive vehicle sales performance, oversee dealer development, and strengthen brand presence within the commercial vehicle industry. The role includes dealer support, sales strategy implementation, staff development, and relationship management.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant tertiary sales qualification
Commercial or truck industry experience essential
Strong sales, dealer support, and relationship management experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to train, mentor, and support dealer teams
Proactive and professional approach
Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and own vehicle
