SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Rentals Superintendent to oversee the refurbishment, delivery, and collection of rental buildings. The role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while effectively managing the refurbishment team and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 qualification required; a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or Manufacturing is advantageous.
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, including supervisory or operational planning exposure.
Strong knowledge of refurbishment processes, tool management, and safety standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and ACCPAC (or similar ERP systems).
Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills.
