RESPONSE TECHNICIAN - Paarden Eiland - R7000 per month

• Attends to all interventions within 60 min
• Attends to all types of interventions (Fire/Flood/Cleaning etc.)
• Willing to travel Nationally as per operational requirements
• Must do at least one week’s Standby Duty with the assigned assistant
• Distribute marketing materials to clients
• Ensure that he/she always answers their phone within 3 rings
• Ensure that the allocated (vehicle/equipment) is well maintained and kept clean & tidy at all times
• Report any damages immediately
• Must be able do carpet cleaning & general handyman work
• Must ensure that the assigned assistant communicates via group chat, while he/she is driving
• Must adhere to all Company policies & Procedures & OHS standards
• Weekly reports (Machine Location/Petrol Recon)
• Contents are properly completed and handed in every Thursday
• Always present himself/ herself in a professional manner
• Ensure that the Call Centre is always informed as to whereabouts. (Attending to jobs etc.)
• CODs
• Ensure that him/ her and their assistant is always neatly dressed
• Ensure that the clients understand the process and functions of the machines
• Complete your daily intervention form and file it in the call centre

Company will provide the vehicle and each vehicle is equipped with its equipment. Therefore, the person must have a valid driver’s license.
