SUMMARY:
We require an experienced Raw Materials Planner with inventory management experience from the food and beverage industry.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement Diploma/Degree
More than 3 years experience as a Planner in the Food and Beverage industry
A strong background in Raw material planning, supply planning and demand planning
Proficient with SAP
MS Excel intermediate

Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
Create and maintain supplier and material master data.
Responsible for procurement of raw material/packaging.
Carry out efficient and effective sample management.
Carry out administrative processing procedures for complaints, in consultation with the buyers.
To expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
Coordination with Planning team for material planning & accurate projection.
Coordination with accounts for Payments to Vendors.
Build strategic relationships with key suppliers.
