SUMMARY:
We require an experienced Raw Materials Planner with inventory management experience from the food and beverage industry.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement Diploma/Degree
- More than 3 years experience as a Planner in the Food and Beverage industry
- A strong background in Raw material planning, supply planning and demand planning
- Proficient with SAP
- MS Excel intermediate
Duties and Responsibilities:- Generate Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
- Create and maintain supplier and material master data.
- Responsible for procurement of raw material/packaging.
- Carry out efficient and effective sample management.
- Carry out administrative processing procedures for complaints, in consultation with the buyers.
- To expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Coordination with Planning team for material planning & accurate projection.
- Coordination with accounts for Payments to Vendors.
- Build strategic relationships with key suppliers.
