POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Real Estate Agent Location: West Coast Salary: Basic Salary plus Commission (R10,000 and up depending on Experience and qualifications) Job Description: Our client is seeking ambitious, driven, and motivated Real Estate Agents to join their successful Westcoast office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the residential sales\/leasing market and possess a clear criminal record, strong interpersonal skills, and a natural flair for sales and expert negotiation. In addition, they should have good knowledge of the local property market, an NQF4 in Real Estate (preferred), and their own vehicle\/valid driver's license. Real Estate Professional Duties: • Acquire new properties and bring together owners and potential buyers • Develop and follow up on buyer and seller leads • Complete accurate property valuations and counsel clients on market pricing • Draft marketing text and ensure quality property listings • Host show days and conduct property inspections for leasing purposes • Facilitate negotiations for sale and leasing of properties • Manage the after-sales process and maintain client relationships • Maintain real estate license and stay up-to-date with market trends and knowledge • Conduct buyer and seller interviews and needs analysis • Manage CRM systems and prospect\/client databases • Prepare contracts and review\/manage purchase agreements • Advise on transaction costs, bond applications, and conveyancing instructions • Provide after-sales service and maintain a list of accredited service providers • Attend weekly sales meetings. Skills & Abilities: • Ample experience in social media, marketing, content creation, community building, real estate, sales, property management, financial services or law • Excellent written communication and marketing skills • Creative thinker and doer, able to implement ideas • Strong teaching and explaining skills • Expertise in storytelling and uncovering challenges • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Good understanding of online marketing strategies and principles • Previous experience in social media, managing online communities, real estate, or sales • Patient and compassionate in community conversations • Continuously learning and improving the community-building process • Flexible, team-oriented, positive, and committed to problem-solving • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) • Strategic about creating sustainable growth and community connection • Knowledge of major social media platforms.
