POSITION INFO:

Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to monitor and report on real time demand and service delivery performance and influence workforce activities across the day. This role is intended to support the operations in delivering to the staffing plans that are agreed to internally and externally with our clients.

Key responsibilities:

Management of information by ensuring we optimize productivity, deliver forecasted hours, service levels and availability targets
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as set out by the Line Manager accurately and in line with required time frames
Incident Management to ensure that all service affecting incidents are documented and reported to the appropriate escalation team

Minimum requirements:

3 yearsâ€™ experience as a real time analyst
Matric
Studying towards a Diploma or Degree essential
