JOB SUMMARY:
Receiving & Dispatch clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Drive execution of the dispatch plan
Plan and execute to ensure customers receive their orders on time in full in required condition
Control dispatch of finished goods
Plan and execute daily loading of export orders in line with vessel bookings and shipping line stack dates
Plan and arrange loading of local orders in line with customer requirements
Monitor and control the dispatch of finished goods and ensure all warehouse orders are verified and dispatched correctly
Ensure that all relevant documentation is completed accurately and sent with goods are required
Complete all dispatch documentation using correct systems for record keeping and stock traceability purposes
Adhere to all relevant SOP''''s
Maintain stock accuracy in FG warehouse through weekly cycle counting and investigating/resolving variances
Manage FG stock in terms of damaged and redundant stock in line with correct procedures
Review stock movement to ensure information is accurate and complies with established procedures
Follow stock rotation protocols to ensure first in first out
Monitor and ensure optimal container loading efficiency
Co-ordinate bookings for irradiation of products including monitoring dispatch, positive release and ensure product is ready for export loading on time in full
