Receiving Clerk Location: Centurion Industry: Food Production & Nutritional Supplement Manufacturing Salary: Up to R 8 000 per month Job Overview A well-established company in the food production and nutritional supplement manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Clerk to join their team in Centurion. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, checking, recording, and managing incoming stock and deliveries while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming deliveries and stock Verify quantities and quality of goods against invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders Capture and process receiving documentation accurately Ensure all stock received is correctly labelled and stored Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to management Maintain accurate stock and receiving records Assist with stock control and stock-taking procedures Ensure receiving areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and production teams regarding deliveries and stock queries Follow company procedures relating to food safety and quality standards Minimum Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric Previous experience in a receiving, warehouse, or stock control role Experience within food production, FMCG, manufacturing, or nutritional supplement environments advantageous Good administrative and record-keeping skills Computer literate (MS Office and stock systems advantageous) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Reliable transport to and from work Key Attributes Honest and trustworthy Strong work ethic Team player Punctual and dependable Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately Remuneration Up to R8 000 per month
