Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate’s responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to:

Receiving and directing calls
Meeting and greeting clients
Arranging couriers
Booking meetings
Keeping the reception tidy
Assisting with admin functions
Assisting customers and colleagues where possible

Desired Experience & Qualification

The following minimum requirements must be met to be considered for this position:

Matric
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Professional appearance and communication
