JOB SUMMARY:
A clinic based in Pretoria East is looking to employ an experienced and well-organised Receptionist.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Relevant qualification in administration.
3+ Experience as a Receptionist.
Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle.
Essential: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Duties:

Operating the switchboard.
Manage office stationery.
Welcome and greet guests.
Managing the company administration.
Ad-hoc administrative duties.
