JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your responsibilities:
Reception

Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate staff members
Arrange refreshments as and when required
Assist with deliveries that arrive at reception, and inform the relevant staff member of the delivery
Maintain a safe and clean reception area
Answer incoming telephone calls within 3 rings. Determine the purpose of calls, take and forward messages to the relevant employee or department.
Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to the appropriate staff member
