Duties and responsibilities:

Reception duties
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
Administration duties
Customer service
Assistant to office staff
Ad hoc tasks that will be required from time to time
