Our Client based in Krugersdorp is looking for a Receptionist/ Finance Assistant
Salary R13 000 ctc

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Reception and Switchboard duties
Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices to customers on Pastel
Send monthly statements and follow up on outstanding payments from customers
Process purchase orders on Pastel and ‘goods received’
Capture supplier invoices and Reconciliation of suppliers at month end
General accounting work on Pastel and admin work as required by Accountant
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
Pastel experience is essential
