Receptionist - Northriding

Receptionist (Northriding, Randburg)

Expected start date: 1^st November 2022

CTC Range: Basic R9 000.00 Negotiable + Pension Fund

Requirements:

Must have Matric OR equivalent

Candidate must live close to the Office (Radius of about 20km from Northriding)

Fluent in Afrikaans

Valid driver’s license

Preferably own transport

Min 3 years’ experience in reception

Read, write and speak English and Afrikaans fluently

Proactive and work under pressure

Computer Literate

Telephone etiquette

Must be able to handle money

Preferably non smoker

Well Groomed (Receptionist is the face of the Company)

Punctual

Extrovert, friendly and responsible individual

Job Description

A Receptionist typically assists IN diverse aspects of office administration. This can include any of the day to day operation of an office.

1) Answering all incoming calls, and transfer the call to designated person ordepartment

2) Take detailed messages if designated person is not available.

3) Sort out post

4) Never leave reception area unattended

5) Inform designated person if someone is waiting for them at reception

6) Binding documents when required

7) Always make sure front door is switched on

8) Communicating with Telkom

9) Any other hoc duties

10) Process staff orders

11) Phoning customers (surveys: Tuesdays and Fridays)

12) Checking reports of clients phoned

13) Controlling /ordering of stationary etc.
