SUMMARY:
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our office while ensuring smooth daily operations and providing administrative support across various teams.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage front-of-house reception, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
Maintain a professional, tidy reception and office environment.
Provide administrative support to contracts and field service teams, including compiling Safety Files and maintaining complete job documentation.
Handle clocking/attendance administration, meeting coordination, stationery and general office management.
Support document control, filing, and preparation of pre-job and close-out packs.
Assist with office maintenance, stock management and general admin tasks.

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12; Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration, Business Admin, or similar.
2 – 5 years of reception/office administration experience in a technical or field-service environment.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams/SharePoint).
Strong organizational, communication and customer-service skills.
Knowledge of clocking systems, payroll administration and HSE/Safety compliance is advantageous.
Fluent in English; Afrikaans beneficial.
