JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Operate switchboard
Meet and greet walk in clients
Attend to bulk mailing and social media campaigns
Arrange meetings & boardrooams
Maintain and update CRM
Admin support
Bilingual – Afr / Eng non-negotiable
Ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

Must live in / near to Pretoria
Well presented and spoken
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
Tertiary education an advantage
Computer literate
1 – 3 years relevant experience
Bilingual – Afr / Eng non-negotiable
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle – non-negotiable
