Recruitment Administrator
Location: Constantia
Compensation: Basic salary + performance incentives

An established and well-respected financial recruitment company, located in the heart of Constantia, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Administrator/Assistant to support two Senior Recruitment Consultants.

This role offers exposure to the recruitment industry, structured guidance, flexibility and a collaborative team environment—ideal for someone returning after a career break or eager to gain valuable business experience.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Communicating with candidates and clients
Accurate data capturing and database maintenance
Conducting reference, credit and qualification verifications
Reception and general administrative tasks
Preparing and posting job advertisements

We’re looking for someone who:

Is organised and proactive
Enjoys interacting with people
Good communication skills
Is comfortable using basic computer systems (training provided)
