The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while providing a professional and personalised service to both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle from receiving the vacancy to successful placement Obtain and understand detailed job specifications from clients Draft and publish professional job advertisements Source suitable candidates through advertising, database searches, networking and headhunting Screen, interview and shortlist candidates Prepare professional candidate profiles and referral documentation Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process Manage candidate feedback and the offer process Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on company systems Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates Work towards and achieve monthly placement and performance targets Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of service delivery Minimum requirements A minimum of two years’ experience in a human resources, recruitment or related environment A valid driver’s license and own reliable motor vehicle Fluent in both Afrikaans and English Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate professionally with clients and candidates at all levels Strong computer literacy and administrative skills Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple vacancies, candidates and deadlines simultaneously A strong team player who can also work independently Target-driven, accountable and results-focused The ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient and highly organised, with a genuine interest in people and business. The successful candidate must take ownership of responsibilities, follow through consistently and remain professional under pressure.
